ORDER AND PAYMENT
Please complete the payment within 24 hours after confirmation of order and check out. We cannot guarantee stock availability without full payment. If a product is not in stock / sold out, please select option to receive email notification when product is restocked.
Orders for delivery within Indonesia with full payment received by 12 noon (WIB, GMT+7), will be processed within 24 hours. Courier drop-off is on Monday-Saturday 16.00. No delivery on Sunday. You have the option of regular or expedited services, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days or 1 business day, respectively. Malang customers also have the additional option of using GoSend services with delivery within 1 business day.
International and custom order shipping will be advised via email once order is confirmed and full payment is received. Shipping will be based on shipping provider availability and delivery address.
Our operation hours are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm (WIB, GMT+7).

We provide several payment methods for your convinince. Please make payment to the available option at checkout. Notify us once you have made payment and we will process your order.
SHIPPING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the parcel tracking number, subject to availability of tracking service by courier provider. We do our best to protect your purchased products against damage during shipment. We do our best to care for the environment. This means recycling shipping boxes from reused wooden box, paper core, using coco fiber padding, bioplastic, and just enough packaging tape. Cost of shipping is paid by customer.
