This water-based styling gel is designed to provide curl definition with a choice of medium or stronger hold. Formulated with flaxseed extract and a blend of conditioning ingredients, the gel helps support styling and curl formation during use. Its lightweight gel texture spreads easily through damp hair and forms a flexible cast that can be scrunched out after drying.
Suitable for those who prefer a styling gel to shape and define curls according to personal styling needs.
SIZE :
Medium: Packaged in a 100 g glass jar.
Big: Packaged in a 250 g glass jar.
HOW TO USE :
wet your hair, apply curl cream, scrunch to create curl clumps, apply one to two scoops of gel on each sections, finger coil it, and air dry your hair. After dry scrunch your curls to reduce cast.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
