PRODUCT DETAIL:
Formulated for hair prone to breakage. This shampoo, made with natural coconut-derived surfactants, effectively cleanses the scalp without stiffen hair strands. This shampoo is made in a solid concentrate that lathers easily, travel-safe, and comes packaged in a tin jar with minimal waste. This shampoo contains hibiscus, rich in antioxidants, and helps nourish hair roots and shafts, making them strong and less prone to breakage. Rose hydrosol hqs anti inflammatory properties qnd moisturizing hair and scalp. Rice bran oil, rich in omega 3 and 6, helps nourish dry hair and prevent breakage. French pink clay helps remove dead skin cells from the scalp.
HOW TO USE:
Wet the scalp and hair, rub the shampoo bar on the scalp, focus shampooing only on the scalp, the foam when rinsed is enough to clean and remove dirt on the hair shaft. Follow up with silicone-free deep conditioner.
STORING:
After use, air dry shampoo bar, store in a place with good water and air circulation such as a soap tray or soap net. This is to ensure the texture of the bar remains solid.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
