This shampoo bar is formulated for hair that is prone to breakage, using a mild, biosurfactant-based cleansing system derived from coconut sources. The pH-balanced formula gently cleanses the scalp while helping the hair feel soft and flexible, without leaving strands feeling stiff or rough after washing.

Made in a solid, concentrated form, this shampoo bar lathers easily, is travel-friendly, and comes packaged in a reusable tin jar with minimal waste.

Enriched with Hibiscus flower powder, known for its antioxidant content, this formula helps maintain the condition of the hair shaft, supporting hair that feels smoother and more manageable. Rose hydrosol contributes to scalp comfort and hydration, while rice bran oil, rich in essential fatty acids, helps condition dry hair. French pink clay gently cleanses the scalp by lifting away impurities and buildup, leaving the scalp feeling fresh and balanced.

With regular use, hair feels cleaner, softer, and easier to manage, helping reduce the appearance of breakage caused by dryness and rough handling.

HOW TO USE:

Wet the scalp and hair, rub the shampoo bar on the scalp, focus shampooing only on the scalp, the foam when rinsed is enough to clean and remove dirt on the hair shaft. Follow up with silicone-free deep conditioner.

STORING:

After use, air dry shampoo bar, store in a place with good water and air circulation such as a soap tray or soap net. This is to ensure the texture of the bar remains solid.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.

We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:

Unused.
Seal intact.
And in the original packaging.

If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.

2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.

3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.

Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.

4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.

Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.

Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.

Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
