Mad Crown Hair Oil is an active blend of holistic plant oils and infused herbs for your hair, scalp and roots. The thick texture comes from Bhingraj and organic cold press Castor oil, formulated to target your scalp as overnight treatment. The infused herbs of rosemary and lavender aid to nourish, strengthen the root and accelerate your hair growth. Peppermint and rosemary essential oil are added in this liquid goodness to fight hair loss, promote growth, and length retention, as well as banish flaky and itchy scalp. And yes.. its 100% organic!
HOW TO USE:
Part dry hair. Apply oil to scalp and hair. Massage into roots, focusing on the crown. Leave on for at least an hour or overnight for best results. Wash your hair with our #MadBar

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?
Please contact us via email at admin@madremiaindonesia.com or WhatsApp at +62 812 520 59649, stating the reason for the return and the issue with the product.
You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
