This 100% natural, alcohol-free, potent hair tonic helps to reduce hair fall, accelerate hair growth, combat dandruff, and strengthen your hair follicles. Made from seven powerhouse plants: Moringa, Fenugreek, Amla, Neem, Cloves, Licorice, bamboo leaves and Rosemary, combine with Tea tree, Peppermint and Lavender essential oil to nourish your scalp. Anti bacterial and anti fungal properties from plants and extracts in this tonic improve the health your scalp, make it conducive to increase hair growth, strengthen your roots, as well as reducing scalp issue like dandruff.
HOW TO USE:
Take few drops of mad crown hair tonic on your scalp, focusing on your crown or any sparse areas. Massage using your finger tips, don’t use your nails, be gentle, and take time when you massage your scalp. Use this tonic every night before bed time.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?
Please contact us via email at admin@madremiaindonesia.com or WhatsApp at +62 812 520 59649, stating the reason for the return and the issue with the product.
You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
