Swap messy oil for 100% natural active ingredients grime-banishing paste that dissolves every scrap of makeup, dirt and oil plugs. This balm nourishes the skin with chamomile, eucalyptus, and vitamin rich plant oils, leave it cleansed, soft and supple without greasiness or blocking the pores.
HOW TO USE:
Apply a small amount to dry skin and massage well, including the eye contours. Work in circular motions to cleanse and stimulate the circulation, splash bit of water to emulsify, rinse thoroughly.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
