Made with a blend of mineral-rich clays, this clay wash helps lift excess oil, impurities, and product residue from the scalp and hair strands, leaving hair feeling clean, refreshed, and lightweight.
Designed as a preparatory step before transitioning to sulfate-free routines, this formula helps clarify the scalp and hair surface, improving overall hair feel and manageability. Its non-foaming, clay-based texture offers a thorough cleanse while maintaining scalp comfort.
HOW TO USE:
Apply to damp hair in sections. Massage gently into the scalp and distribute through the hair lengths. Leave on for 20–30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with a deep conditioning treatment to restore moisture balance

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.

Admin was really helpful explaining what might happen when i started no poo journey. That’s about a year ago i consulted with them on shopee, they suggested this product. I’m now on month 7th no poo. This clay is a game changer. No more gunk, scalp just feels clean. Great stuff
