Mad Helia Conditioner Bar formulated with contemporary cationic surfactant, non-GMO, naturally derived Sunflower Glyceride, which is more environmentally friendly than other cationic surfactants. Enriched with raw illipe butter, fenugreek oil, shea butter, castor oil and provitamin B5, Mad Helia can soften each strand of hair, strengthen, protect, and condition the hair shaft without weighing it down. 40 grams of Mad Helia Conditioner Bar can be used up to 60x, equivalent to 3 bottles of conventional conditioner.
HOW TO USE:
After shampoo, apply the conditioner bar to the hair shaft (mid to end), use a wide-toothed comb to detangle and distribute the product to the hair strands, leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse.
STORAGE:
After use, dry the conditioner bar then store it in a container or tray that has a water circulation and exposed to air, avoid direct sunlight to ensure its durability and maximum use.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
