Our breathable formula works to nourish, soothing and hydrate each strand, without leaving a greasy residue behind. Hibiscus extract as active ingredient in this conditioner packed full of nutrients: vitamin c, flavonoids, amino acids, mucilage fiber, moisture content and abundant anti oxidants. Hibiscus actively restore the health of your scalp and strands, make it conducive to promote hair growth. Its also aids in detangling, promotes shine, leaves your hair and scalp clean and soft to the touch after wash.
HOW TO USE :
After shampoo, apply Mad Hibiscus Deep conditioner all over the hair, from root to tip. Leave on for 20-30 minutes then rinse. You can also use it as regular conditioner, apply on your hair, leave it for 2-3 min, then rinse off.

1. Do you offer returns?
We hope you love everything you order from us. However, if something isn't right—such as receiving the wrong product type or size, or if the item has a defect—you can contact us within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp to begin the return process.
We only ask that you return the item(s) in the condition you received them:
If the item does not meet all of the above criteria, it will be sent back to you.
2. What can I return?
You may return items for a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping costs) if we made an error in your order—such as wrong size, wrong item, or a product defect.
3. What can I not return?
In-store purchases: Our offline retail stores operate under a different accounting system. Therefore, we cannot accept returns for any products purchased at physical stores.
Online purchases: Similarly, items bought online cannot be returned at our physical retail locations due to accounting differences between systems.
4. What is your return process?

You must record an unboxing video when receiving your order. This video is required for return processing. The video must be continuous (no pauses or edits), and clearly show the unopened package. Return requests will be rejected if the video shows the package has already been opened.
Once our team has approved your return request, you may send the item to the address provided by our customer service team via email or WhatsApp.
Please do not use Cash on Delivery (COD) when sending the item back.
Kindly note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete.
